BIO

A native of New York, N.Y., Christian grew up in Aiken, S.C. Christian attended the University of South Carolina and earned a degree in Finance in 2015. While in college, Christian was on the executive boards of both his fraternity and the University’s Judicial board. Christian also taught classes involving the Carolinian Creed which are the values that the University instils in its students. Christian then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and graduated in 2018. During law school, he was named to the Dean’s List and served on the Pro-Bono Executive Board, the Student Bar Association Executive Board, and was Associate Managing Editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business. Christian volunteered his time to the VITA tax program and Wills Clinic.

While in law school, Christian worked for several governmental agencies and judicial departments: The S.C. House Judiciary Committee, intern for Judge Lockemy (Chief Judge of the S.C. Court of Appeals), Judge Strickland (Master in Equity), and The U.S. Attorneys Office.

After graduating from law school, Christian served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Perry H. Gravely, then Chief Administrative Judge in the 13th Circuit of South Carolina. In this role, Christian advised the judge on matters ranging from criminal matters to complex multi-district tort litigation, assisted in numerous trials, and facilitated case-flow and scheduling in the circuit.

Outside of professional pursuits, Christian spends his time watching Gamecock sports, cooking for his food blog, and enjoying life with his wife Meredith and dog Sydney.
